Colorful Jewel-Box Apartment
Nestled in the vibrant heart of NYC, this jewel-box apartment was transformed into a vivid retreat, reflecting the client’s passion for bold, rich hues. A thoughtfully curated collection of globally sourced treasures adds depth and warmth. A sleek contemporary Italian sofa pairs beautifully with a handwoven Indian rug and striking modern art, seamlessly blending global influences with European-inspired sophistication for a home that feels both worldly and intimate.

Upper East Side Pied-A-Terre
Nestled in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this jewel box apartment was reimagined using influence from the client’s antique toile collection. She requested an old-world vibe with a classic sensibility. As this client lives full time in the Hamptons, she wanted her NYC apartment to feel like a five-star hotel suite so her trips to NYC felt like vacations. Careful attention to millwork details, natural stone, and special wall finishes took precedence on the architectural side. While on the decoration front, we placed emphasis on a mix of classic and contemporary silhouettes, with heavy use of antique pieces to add a European sensibility.
